The only thing you need to do is decide, "am I ready to say yes to this now?"

And if yes, the next step would simply be to follow through on that each day.

It's never true that fear stops you from taking action, it's only of a matter of whether you want to choose that your fear gets to matter more than your bullshit about why you can't yet.
