Hooo boy…this definitely went a lot deeper and move valuable than what I expected! Talk about revealing ALLLL the things about me, men, love and life. 

Of course as always it linked back to soul, and being fully you…with the greatest reminder of all being that the ultimate discipline is the discipline to be true to soul and self, regardless of what the fear mind has to say about it.
