One of my favourite techniques to reach your next level goal or indeed to become your next level self, a technique which is also quite under-utilised (probably because it's not so well known!) is the technique of going well BEYOND the place where your goal is already achieved.

 

Think about it - if you were already way past it, you wouldn't be wondering how to get there! You'd be there, and it would be normal. Your behaviours, beliefs, emotions, and so on would reflect that. This concept is NOT just about idealistic thinking. In fact, it's not about that at all. What it is about is simple - your mind will always align to whatever is needed along the way of reaching the ACTUAL goal. Listen now for what your soul needs its butt kicked on!
